If you want to create a season subscription that allows customers to purchase a season pass at the beginning of the season with the option to choose their events, performances, and seats (if applicable) at any point during the season, you'll want to create a Package with Flex Pass as the type.

How it works

When patrons purchase a flex pass, they will be emailed unique coupon code(s) as a link that launches your events listing with the voucher codes automatically applied. The voucher codes are redeemable for all the productions included with the flex pass package.

As each production becomes available for purchase, your patrons can return to the flex pass receipt, click the voucher codes, choose their desired event date/time, pick their preferred seats, and on the checkout page, their vouchers will automatically be applied to each valid ticket in their cart. For each coupon entered, they will receive 100% off the price of each ticket in their cart, allowing them the flexibility to not only choose their own seats, but also choose the date/time that best fits their schedule as the show opens for sale. If there are fees applied on the ticket, all fees will be waived when the coupon code is redeemed to comp the ticket.

The initial order confirmation email receipt of their flex pass purchase includes the voucher codes that they can redeem and also specifies for which events the voucher codes will be valid. If you want, you can include additional instructions on the event description or in the email header for the Flex Pass package.
