How do I add a ticket type to an existing event? - Mon - Sep 12, 2016 - 2:28pm

  • To add a ticket type to an existing event, please navigate to:

    1. Head to: Events > Event Manager 
    2. Click on the name of the Event 
    3. Click Select then Tickets and Prices 
    4. Click + Add Another Ticket
    5. Enter the Ticket name and price
    6. Click the blue checkmark icon on the left to save your changes 
    7. If you are adding this ticket type to all of your performances within this event, check the box that reads "apply prices to all performances"
    8. Click Apply Ticket Prices
