    Absolutely! All donations given should be recorded for accurate data on revenue earned each year and per patron. 

    To process a donation given by check, please do the following:

    1. Head to Giving > Fundraising Campaigns 
    2. Select Donate on the fundraising campaign where you want the donation applied, 
    3. Enter the amount on the check 
    4. On the checkout page, select Check as your method of payment 

    To enter a donation received in the past and paid by check, please do the following:

    1. From your Head to Patron Database > Search and Mass Mail
    2. Enter the patron's last name and click Search Customers
    3. Select their customer ID to view their patron record
    4. Click Process Transaction and choose Backdate Donation
    5. Select the date and time the donation was made. Click Continue
    6. You'll be taken a list of your fundraising campaigns. Choose the desired campaign for which to allocate the donation
    7. Enter the amount of the donation. The customer information will already populate on the checkout page
    8. Select Check as your method of payment on the checkout page
