Is there a way I can add in donations paid by check? - Thu - Jul 16, 2020 - 4:34pm

Absolutely! All donations given should be recorded for accurate data on revenue earned each year and per patron.
To process a donation given by check, please do the following:- Head to Giving > Fundraising Campaigns
- Select Donate on the fundraising campaign where you want the donation applied,
- Enter the amount on the check
- On the checkout page, select Check as your method of payment
To enter a donation received in the past and paid by check, please do the following:- From your Head to Patron Database > Search and Mass Mail
- Enter the patron's last name and click Search Customers
- Select their customer ID to view their patron record
- Click Process Transaction and choose Backdate Donation
- Select the date and time the donation was made. Click Continue
- You'll be taken a list of your fundraising campaigns. Choose the desired campaign for which to allocate the donation
- Enter the amount of the donation. The customer information will already populate on the checkout page
- Select Check as your method of payment on the checkout page
