Creating a QR code can easily be done through a free website. When a customer scans the QR code, their phone will launch a browser window that loads either all of your public events or a specific event. This is a great way to allow patron to easily scan the code to buy tickets from their phone.
Here are a couple of websites that allow you to build QR codes for free:
QR Code Generator
QRCode Monkey
You can get the link for all your public events by doing the following:- Head to Public Display Settings > Link Builder
- Select the option for Link > Display all events
- Use the listed link to get your URL to all your active ThunderTix events
- Copy the link and paste it in one of the above websites to create your custom QR code
You can get the link for an individual event by doing the following:- Head to Public Display > Link Builder
- Select the optiobn for link > Link to specific events, selected dates & times, or packages
- Search for your desired events/ perfromances
- Use the listed link to show the seat selection page of the event
