How can I customize the pop-up text for wheelchair, companion, or hearing impaired seats? - Fri - Nov 19, 2021 - 11:17am

Customers that require accessible seating should be able to purchase tickets online and in advance in the same manner as all other ticket sales. Learn more about the rules from the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and best practices for ticketing. By default, we show customers that select a wheelchair, companion, or hearing impaired seat the following message:
"By selecting these seats, I acknowledge that I have accessibility needs, or am accompanying someone who has accessibility needs. I understand that I may be reseated if necessary."
If your reserved seating chart contains wheelchair, companion, or hearing impaired seating, you can customize the text on the pop-up message that appears when a patron selects either of these seats for your events. Consider including text that says, "When all non-accessible seats have been sold, accessible seats may be released and sold to members of the general public."
How to Modify the Wording on Accessible Seating Pop-Ups- Navigate to Seating Charts in your account.
- Locate the seating chart you want to update and click Customize in the Accessible Seating column.
- Update the text for the Wheelchair seating option.
- Update the text for the Hearing-Impaired seating option, if applicable.
- (Optional) Enter custom text for the Companion Seat option if you want a pop-up message to appear when a companion seat is selected.

- Navigate to Seating Charts in your account.
