Why are my packages not including all of my event dates? - Wed - Dec 8, 2021 - 11:11am
-
We offer three options for preventing the public sale of an entire series of dates for an event or individual dates for a given date. For example, you have three options for public visibility:
- Public -- available to all public customers
- Semi-private -- available by specific link
- Private -- only available for purchase by logged-in users

When you create a package, we allow you to choose from events that are Public, Semi-private, or Private. You can also sell a package that includes events that are Public but not yet active (an activation date is set for a future date).
However, the individual dates & times within the package must be public to be included in the sale of a package. If the performance date/time is set to Private, it will not be included in the sale of the package.
When an event includes dates that are Private, we will display a message indicating that events are "not available for this package as all Dates & Times are marked private", and your action is needed to make this event available. You have two options:- Remove the private performance from your package.
- Edit the event or performance you are including in your package, and mark it as Public or Semi-private.
These actions will make your event available within your package once again.
