Stripe offers support by chat, phone, or email...whichever you prefer. Here's how to initiate contact with your Stripe support team:

Log into your Stripe account.
Click Help in the top menu > Support Articles
In the right menu, click Contact Support. A mini-window will appear in the bottom-right of your screen.
Select the best topic for your inquiry from their drop-down menu.
Then, choose the method of contact you prefer.
