    We do not allow the ability to 'delete' a user as users are tied to paid Orders. If you need to remove access from someone who has a login to your system, you can inactivate their login. 

    Follow the instructions below to edit any user:

    1. Head to your Account Settings >> Users 
    2. Click on any login to edit
    3. Change the toggle that reads Active from "Yes" to "No"
    4. Click Update

    If you need to utilize the email address currently listed for an inactive user so that you can use it for a new user login, change the existing user's email address to one that does not exist. For example, if the inactive user's email address is boxoffice@yourtheater.com, consider updating their address to: boxoffice55@yourtheater.com Once the inactive user's email address has been updated, you can enter the original email address, boxoffice@yourtheater.com, on the new user account.
