How can I check my saved password in my browser to see if it's right? - Thu - Aug 24, 2017 - 10:38am

First, try logging in via a web browser by manually typing in the password rather than using a saved password from the browser's auto-fill. If you are unable to log in with your password, you should try clicking "Forgot password" to reset it.
If you cannot log into either an iOS or Android app and you are a Chrome web browser used for accessing ThunderTix on a computer, you can take the following steps to see your username and password information.- Click on the three dots in the upper right of the browser
- Click Settings
- In the left-hand menu, select Autofill
- Select Password Manager
- Type in the ThunderTix address in the search
- Click the eye icon
- Enter your computer password to see the password for ThunderTix

If you are using the Safari browser, take the following steps to locate your saved passwords:- Click on the three lines in the upper right corner of the browser
- Click Passwords
- Type in the ThunderTix address in the search
- Click on the eye icon
- Enter your computer password to see the password for ThunderTix
- Click on the three dots in the upper right of the browser
- Click Settings
- By default, you should be directed to the Profiles tab of your settings. If you are not, navigate to this tab
- Select Passwords
- Type in the ThunderTix address in the search or locate it in the
- Click on the eye icon
- Enter your computer password to see the password for ThunderTix
