    In ThunderTix, you can create as many users as needed to sell tickets on your behalf.  

    All users have the ability to Scan Barcodes. This permission cannot be removed. However, they won't be able to do anything else (i.e. edit events, view reports, give discounts, etc.). 

    If they want to sell a ticket, they can log in to https://admin.thundertix.com, choose the desired event and sell a ticket. All orders processed will be tied to that user's login. 

    To search ticket sales by user: 

    1. Click Orders
    2. Under Channel, choose "Agent". A new Agent drop-down menu will appear with your list of users.
    3. Choose an agent
    4. Enter your date parameters
    5. On the right, check "Include Payment Summary" and "Include Ticket Totals"
    6. Click Search
    7. Your search results will include all orders processed by that user (agent) for the time period specified with automatically totaled ticket sales and revenue per agent. In addition, you'll be able to see how much cash was received and should be on hand based on any user working during the searched shift.
