There are a few ways you can go about changing your password.

For Full admin users, or users with the permission "Add users"
To change the password when logged into ThunderTix, please do the following:


1. Click on Account Settings
2. Click Users
3. Click your username 
4. Click the reset password link to send an email to your password just above the Update button
5. If you receive the error that you are already logged in, click your user name in the top right of the page to logout 



For users without the permission 'Add users', or alternatively for any user

1. Click your user name in the top right-hand corner of the page
2. Click Log Out
3. Use the Forgot your password? link from the login screen to reset it
