Can I create a Buy one Get one Half off coupon - Fri - Feb 3, 2023 - 11:19am

  • We don't yet have an option for a BOGO 50% off function, however you are able to set up a coupon do end up with that end value.

    Rather than creating a BOGO 50% off, you would need to create a coupon with a minimum requirement of 2 tickets for it to apply and then issue a 25% discount per ticket. Doing it that way issues 25% off of both tickets in the cart which ultimately gives 50% off the second ticket.

    However, there are 2 drawbacks to the above:

    1. We would show a 25% discount on all tickets rather than 50% off of one.
    2. There's no way to limit it to groups of 2 tickets each. Thus, someone could get a 25% discount off of 3 tickets rather than the typically needed 4 tickets when doing groups of 2.
