Can I override a group discount with another coupon of a greater discount? - Wed - Feb 8, 2023 - 12:23pm

Sometimes you will want to override an existing group discount to utilize a coupon that provides a greater overall discount.
Often a group discount will be set to automatically kick in at a certain number of tickets purchased (for example, when a customer purchases 10 or more tickets). In this instance, if you try to use a different coupon code, it will be overridden by the group discount set in place.
To fix this and enable use of the greater discounted coupon code rather than the group discount, do the following:
1. Disable the group discount temporarily
2. Have the group process the other coupon code (for instance, a student code or the like)
3. Re-enable the group discount
