There are 2 ways you can sell tickets through ThunderTix using an iPad.  

1. Using a browser the same way you do on a laptop or computer
2. Using the ThunderTix App for iOS available on the App Store

When you use a browser, you have access to 100% of the functionality available during the checkout process.  When you use the ThunderTix App, you have limited functionality only to those aspects that have been made available on the App.  You should test out the App to see the differences between the browser and App checkout.

The iOS App is considered a "mobile" app and thus only works with a "mobile" card reader -- the M2.  The browser uses a more traditional credit card terminal -- the BBPOS Wise POS E.  

The browser should be just as fast as the mobile App, so if speed is the main concern, we might recommend getting the Terminal for use with the browser.  That way, you'll always have access to all features available rather than the limited options available with the App.
