Where can I find a list or report of all coupon codes redeemed? - Thu - Dec 7, 2023 - 4:37am

  • All coupons redeemed

    1. Head to Revenue Builders > Coupons.  
    2. Do not enter a coupon name into the field before the calendar.  This will search all coupons redeemed during the given date range across all coupon codes.
    3. Click into the calendar field and enter a date range. 
    4. Click Search
    5. We'll display the total number of orders where a coupon was redeemed, the total value of those orders, the number of coupons redeemed, and the total value of all coupons redeemed at the top of the page.
    6. We'll also display a list of all coupons redeemed during that date range.
    7. To download the results of all redeemed coupons, click the Export button.

    All redemptions for a single coupon

    1. Head to Revenue Builders > Coupons.  
    2. Enter a coupon name into the field before the calendar.
    3. Click Search
    4. We'll display the total number of orders where that coupon was redeemed, the total value of those orders, the number of coupons redeemed, and the total value of all coupons redeemed at the top of the page.
    5. To download the results for all redemptions for that coupon code, click the Export button.

    All redemptions for a single coupon over a limited time frame

    1. Head to Revenue Builders > Coupons.  
    2. Enter a coupon name into the field before the calendar.
    3. Click into the calendar field and enter a date range. 
    4. We'll display the total number of orders where that coupon was redeemed, the total value of those orders, the number of coupons redeemed, and the total value of all coupons redeemed at the top of the page.
    5. To download the results for all redemptions for that coupon code, click the Export button.

    All coupons redeemed as a part of the monthly reconciliation

    In addition, head to Reports > Reconciliation. Using a date range, download a report for the time frame in question. The Reconciliation Report includes is a specific column titled, "Coupons Breakdown" which shows the coupon codes redeemed and the corresponding coupon values.
