ADA requirements and considerations on accessible seating displays - Sat - Jan 13, 2024 - 7:41am

The ADA strongly requires you to accommodate accessibility needs and provide patrons with equal opportunity to purchase these seats as any other patron. If you have accessible seating, please consider adding those seats in your display, so those with accessibility needs may attend your events. Yes, that may mean accessible seats go unsold during a performance, however, it is the only fair way to accommodate all patrons.
For that reason, we strongly suggest you keep accessible seats clearly marked. Of course, you may offer the seats to all patrons once seats have been sold, and that can be made clear with customized language in our popup displays for each accessible seat. Further, we can even add text on the seat map itself to indicate the same message.
