What is a Choose All Package?

As the name implies, patrons may select any performance date for all events in the packages. This type of package works best for general admission events and not reserved seating events.

The Choose All Package can use either bundled discount pricing or package ticket pricing, giving it more flexibility on pricing than the Build Your Own package. However, unlike the Build Your Own package, the Choose All package requires patrons to choose exactly one performance from each of the included events, rather than picking and choosing from various events. It can be any performance of their choosing per event, unlike the Fixed Package, which uses set performances. The package will be visible on your public website under the "Packages" button.


Creating a Choose All Package


1. From the Event tab, click Package Manager
2. Click Create Package
3. The new package will load - enter your package name, image, and description
4. Under Selection Method, select Pick All
5. Select your events under the Included Events tab (your patrons will be required to choose one performance for each of the events selected here) 
6. Select Subscription under Ticket Delivery 
7. Price the package as a bundled discount or package ticket under the Pricing tab 
8. Optionally enter values in the Additional Options field, such as an Expiration date 
9. Complete the Shipping Options tab 
   NOTE: The shipping options and fees are completely optional. If you don't create a shipping option, the patron won't see shipping listed during checkout. Like events, you can create one or more shipping options to notify patrons of how they'll receive their tickets. At the completion of the package order, patrons will immediately receive all their tickets electronically for all selected events. Some organizations choose to create a single shipping option of "Electronic Email Delivery" for $0 with the eTicket enabled just to offer clarity to patrons to manage their expectations. If you offer multiple options like Will Call and Regular Mail in addition to email delivery, create those choices and corresponding prices here. 
10. Click Finish
