How do I show the remaining ticket count to customers? - Fri - Mar 15, 2024 - 1:30pm

If you want the general public to be able to see how many tickets are left for time slot of an event, you an enable the option by entering a number in the "Remaining Tickets" setting on your event. The number of tickets entered indicates that remaining ticket counts will begin to display when the event capacity dips below that threshold.
- Navigate to: Events > Event Manager > Click on the name of your event > Public Display > Additional Display Options
- Enter the number of tickets for the REMAINING TICKET DISPLAY
The public will see "Only X Tickets!" appear for each event where the capacity has dipped below the threshold entered.
Considerations in the Remaining Ticket Display- If you prefer to always display your ticket availability, simply enter your event capacity as the Remaining Tickets. That will ticket counts can display 100% of the time.
- If you have tickets always set aside that are set to "Private" because you hold some back from each show, the value of the remaining tickets count will only consider those tickets that are set to public.
