Is there a way to notate seats on my seating chart as hearing impaired? - Thu - Mar 28, 2024 - 1:46pm

We now have an icon for seating charts that notates seats for patrons who are hard of hearing or have hearing impairments. The icon looks like this:
When a patron hovers over the seat, they will see that it is a designated seat for those with hearing impairments.
If you would like seats on your chart notated with this icon, you can submit a support request and our seating chart team can add them in for you. For new charts, simply include which seats you would like to designate as hearing impaired and our seating chart team will be sure to notate them for you.
You can also customize your text. Head to Seating Charts > Accessibility > Customize.
When you click customize, a pop up window will appear for you to enter in a customzied message for your hearing impaired seats. It will be towards the bottom of the page.
From there, simply enter what text you would like your customers to see when they select a designated hearing impaired seat.
