How can I add a sponsor logo to my confirmation email? - Fri - Mar 29, 2024 - 12:42pm

  • If you have a sponsor for your event, want to market upcoming events or utilize this space for cross promotion, you now have the option to do so! The image will be displayed at the bottom of the email receipt above the barcodes.

    To add a sponsor logo to the confirmation email head to Event Manager > Click on the name of your event > Ticket Delivery > Email Order Confirmation. Towards the bottom of the page, you should see a section titled EVENT SPONSOR IMAGE. From there, simply click the 'Browse' button to upload your logo.  Images must be in JPG format. Maximum size is 500px by 500px.


    After you uploaded your image,  we will automatically save the image and will load a preview of what the image will look like on the email confirmation.
