Can I incentivize my customers to complete a post-event survey? - Wed - Apr 3, 2024 - 12:30pm

Yes! We now offer the option to create a coupon for any customers who complete the post-event survey.
To enable this, head to Event Manager > Click on the name of your event > Marketing > Post Event email. At the bottom of the page there will be a section titled Coupon Template. It will look like this:
Here you can enter in the dollar amount or percentage off you'd like to offer for completing the post-event survey. You can also enter how many tickets you would like this discount to apply to and select the events you'd like the coupon to be applicable to.
When your customers complete the survey, the coupon is automatically sent to their email. In the email, we will include the coupon code and a link to the shows the coupon is valid for.
