In general, choosing the same seats for each performance in a season package is simpler and allows your patrons to know exactly what they are getting. Moreover, it reduces the clicks to checkout. However, there are some circumstances in which having the option to choose varied seats is beneficial.

In the case that one performance in a season package has limited seating (for example, the Opening Night of a particular event), your patrons might want to choose a different seat for the remainder of the shows included in the season package.

Upon choosing seat(s) for the first event listed in a package, your patrons will see the following prompt:





If they choose "Yes" the seat(s) they've just chosen will apply for all remaining performances in the package, assuming they are available. If they choose "No" (or if the seats chosen aren't available for all performances), they will be prompted to choose seat(s) for the remaining performances.
