What is an unoccupied seat? - Wed - Nov 6, 2024 - 2:37pm

An unoccupied seat is essentially a "socially distanced" seat, or a seat that will be empty. If you would like to show your patrons that no one will be sitting in a particular seat, you can mark it as unoccupied.
Similar to blocking seats, you can mark seats as unoccupied by first locating the specific event in your Event Manager >> Click on the name of your event >> Sell. From there, you'll hover over the desired seat, and right click. You can then choose the final option to "Mark as unoccupied." Use the additional options to the right to specify how and for what you'd like the seat to be marked as unoccupied.
From the public view, a sold seat or a blocked seat appears as "Unavailable." An "unoccupied" seat is denoted with gray and the "x" inside:
