You may want to capture the credit card information from a customer, but not charge the card until a later date. This is considered "Authorize then capture". At this time, all credit cards processed in ThunderTix use the "Authorize and Capture" method which means that the card is charged the moment it's processed. Currently, it's not possible to capture a credit card number and charge it later within ThunderTix. 

Of course, this can certainly be requested as a new feature if you feel it's necessary to the success of your event(s).  We've included a link to request this option below:
