How can I check the status of my payout schedule with Square? - Mon - Jan 27, 2025 - 1:43pm

  • Square handles all of the payments from your ticket proceeds, season packages, merchandise, etc. from Square to your preferred bank account. Within your Square Dashboard, you can see the status of all pending funds and you can connect your preferred checking account to your Square account.  

    To view the status of funds you've yet to receive, please do the following:

    1. Log into your Square Dashboard
    2. Looking for your Square payment transfer history or pending funds? Go to Sales Transfers report > https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/square-card/activity/transfers

    To view the status of which checking account you've connected with Square, please do the following:

    1. In the upper right-hand corner, click on your name and go to Account Settings
    2. In the left menu, click Banking.

    3. Then click on Bank Accounts.  First, confirm this is the correct checking account you connected to your Square gateway.
    4. Then, under Banking in the left menu, click Transfers.
    5. Check your Transfer Schedule. As you can see from the image below, we recommend an "Automatic" schedule with a transfer every 1-2 days.
