Blocking and unblocking seats on an iPad - Thu - Mar 6, 2025 - 5:27pm

If your box office operations are handled with iPads, you will not be able to block seats by the "hover" and right click to initiate. We turned that feature off for iPad users to make the purchase process go more smoothly.
To see the customer name on an iPad, we now show open seats with a drop-down arrow. If you press and hold on any seat with an arrow, the seating menu will appear.
