How can I reduce the total number of available seats in my seating chart for specific shows? - Thu - Mar 20, 2025 - 12:54am

If you have seats that you are removing from your venue for a specific show, and you want the total seats available to reflect those removed seats, you can now mark them as "unoccupied" on your seating chart. When you mark seats as "Unoccupied" on any seating chart for a given performance, those seats will automatically be deducted from the total available capacity.
To mark a seat as unoccupied, simply right-click on it in the seating chart and select the option. It will be the last option in the drop down menu.
Once a seat is labeled as unoccupied, we will reduce the capacity of that performance by the total number of seats labeled as unoccupied shown in the following areas:
✅ On the Dates & Times tab – The total capacity will adjust accordingly, ensuring an accurate count based on unoccupied seats.
✅ On the Calendar view – The number of remaining tickets will now reflect only seats available for sale.
