When you enable the attendee list for the public, we'll include a link View Attendees for each performance to the general public. on the public events listing for that event. When patrons are considering
- Head to: Events > Event Manager
- Click on the name of your event > Public Display > Additional Display Options > PUBLIC DISPLAY OF ALL ATTENDEES
- Click "Hide" so that it changes to "Show" for Show the list of all Attendees to the public
- To preview the list, under the same Public Display tab, at the top of Event Information, click the link, "Click for Event Preview"
- Click View Attendees. This is the same style list that customers will see when they click on it.
NOTE: This should only be enabled in instances where most of the attendees know each other. It's a great option for communities, HOAs, religious organizations, etc. Since attendee names can be viewed by the general public, it's important to consider the privacy policies and rights of your customers.
