Can I customize the reservation emails on a package? - Fri - Aug 8, 2025 - 12:04pm

  • At this time there is not a way to customize the email sent out on package reservations. However, we do have a work around for this. 

    1. Head to the Events Tab > Packages. 
    2. Click on the sell button and add the seats/performances (depending on the type of package you set up) on behalf of the customer.
    3. When you get to the checkout screen, process the reservation as normal.
    4. Once you've entered in the customer's information, make sure that the 'Do not send email' button is checked. Then process the order as normal. 
    5. You can then send out a customizable email with the customer's reservation link. The link to pay for the reservation should be in the following format-

    https://yoursubdomain.thundertix.com/orders/reservationID/confirm_collect_payment
