Can I customize the reservation emails on a package? - Fri - Aug 8, 2025 - 12:04pm

  At this time there is not a way to customize the email sent out on package reservations. However, we do have a work around for this.
- Head to the Events Tab > Packages.
 - Click on the sell button and add the seats/performances (depending on the type of package you set up) on behalf of the customer.
 - When you get to the checkout screen, process the reservation as normal. 

 - Once you've entered in the customer's information, make sure that the 'Do not send email' button is checked. Then process the order as normal.
 - You can then send out a customizable email with the customer's reservation link. The link to pay for the reservation should be in the following format-
 
https://yoursubdomain.thundertix.com/orders/reservationID/confirm_collect_payment
