Can I use the same coupon name even if I've previously deleted/inactivated the coupon? - Wed - Sep 3, 2025 - 5:25pm

There are a few things to note when reusing a coupon name when you've previously deleted or inactivated a coupon with the same name.
- Deleting a coupon won’t affect any past orders—customers who used it will still see the discount applied in their transaction history. Once the original coupon is deleted or inactivated, you’re free to create a new coupon using the same code.
- Once a coupon is deleted or inactivated, it can no longer be redeemed by customers.
- After you delete/inactivte the coupon, the same coupon name can be reused when creating a new coupon.
So the short answer is yes, you can use the same coupon name even if you've previously deleted or inactivated a coupon with the same name.
