How can I export a list of unredeemed coupons on my Flex Pass? - Fri - Sep 19, 2025 - 4:16pm

  • To export a list of unredeemed coupons on your Flex Pass, follow the steps below.

    1. Head to Events > Package Manager > Reports 
    2. Select Redemption Report
    3. Choose your event from the drop down menu. Make sure that you are on the 'Undredeemed coupons' tab.

    4. Click the 'Export unredeemed vouchers' button to export your results!
