    Customers can absolutely use more than one coupon code per order, but multiple discounts cannot be stacked on the same ticket.

    How It Works

    When a coupon is applied to an entire order (for example, 10% off the total), that discount is distributed proportionally across every ticket in the order. Because each ticket already contains a portion of that discount, no additional per-ticket coupon (such as $8 off per ticket) can be applied to those same tickets.

    However, if a coupon is applied to a single ticket rather than the entire order, other tickets in the cart remain eligible for additional discounts. For instance, a customer could apply 10% off to one ticket and then use a $8 off service code for the remaining three tickets in their cart.


    Why This Matters

    This rule ensures discounts are calculated accurately and prevents overlapping or conflicting reductions on the same ticket. Understanding this distinction helps both venues and patrons avoid confusion when using multiple coupon codes during checkout.
