Can I send my customers a redemption report for the Flex Pass? - Tue - Feb 24, 2026 - 1:38pm

  • In addition to customers being able to send themselves a redemption report, you can also send it in ThunderTix if the customer is not able to look it up on their own. This report will show how many flex passes have been redeemed and how many remain. 

    If you go into the Flex Pass order you will see the following:

    Simply click on 'Send redemption usage email' to send it to your customer or enter in an alternative email address and click 'Send'.

    You can also send it from the customer's patron profile. Head to Patron Database > CRM and Mass Mail to search for your customer. Once you are in their profile, head to the 'Orders' section of their profile. Simply click on the enveleope to send the redemption report to the customer.
