Can we configure season pass, package, or flex pass packages to automatically waive exchange fees? - Mon - Mar 2, 2026 - 1:53pm

Some venues like to charge an exchange fee for exchanging tickets. Other times you may want to waive fees on exchanged orders on a package.
To waive exchange fees on a package please follow the steps below:- Head to Events > Package Manager
- Click on the name of your package
- Navigate to the Shipping and Fees tab on your package
- Toggle the 'Allow patrons who purchase this package to perform exchanges free of fees' to on

- Click 'Finish' to save your changes
You can also enable this feature when you create new packages. The option to enable it will be on the same Shipping and Fees tab.
