Flex passes can now be configured at a more granular level, allowing you to choose not only which events are eligible for redemption, but also specific performances and different ticket types within those events.



1. Event, performance, and ticket type selection


When setting up a flex pass, you can:


•  Select an entire event, or 
•  Expand the event to select specific performances and ticket types within those events 








This replaces the previous behavior where selecting an event automatically included all performances and ticket types.

2. How it works for customers


During redemption, customers will only see and be able to apply their flex pass to:


•  Selected events 
•  Only the selected performances within those events 
•  Only the eligible ticket types that were explicitly included 
Any unselected performances or ticket types will not appear as valid redemption options.


3. Summary


Flex passes now support:


•  Event-level selection 
•  Performance-level selection 
•  Ticket type-level selection within performances 
This gives you more precise control over where and when flex passes can be redeemed.
