Can I cancel an enrollment, delete a class, or change a class type? - Fri - Oct 9, 2026 - 3:45pm

  • Cancel or drop an enrollment: Not yet available in the interface. Drop enrollment appears on the roster menu as Coming soon. Contact ThunderTix Support to remove an enrollment or release capacity.
  • Delete a class: There is no delete option. Set the End date in the past, or let it pass, and the class archives.
  • Change Series to Camp (or the reverse): Possible until the first enrollment. After that, the type is locked. Contact ThunderTix Support if it must be corrected.
  • Delete a tier: Not possible once it has enrollments, or if it is the last tier on an active class.
  • Delete a session: Not possible once it has check-ins.
  • Delete a signed waiver: Not possible. Deactivate it instead.
  • Multi-day weekly series: The Series generator uses one weekday. Add sessions for other weekdays manually.
