How do I require a health and safety profile for class registration? - Thu - Oct 15, 2026 - 10:02am

You can require patrons to complete a health and safety profile before they register for a class. The profile collects details like allergies, medical needs, and sensory information, so you have them before the first session.

Turn it on

  1. Go to Classes > Class manager and open the class.
  2. Open the class Settings and find the Waivers & Safety Profile section. 
  3. Check Make health and safety profile required to register.
  4. Save your changes.

What patrons see

  • When the profile is required, it is always expanded and is marked with an asterisk (*).
  • The guardian must complete a safety profile for themselves, in addition to any participants they are enrolling.
  • Patrons can’t continue to payment until the required profile is complete.
Where you’ll find the information

Everything patrons enter is available in the Roster tab for the class. Open a row to see the health profile alongside the enrollment, guardian, waiver, and survey details.

Good to know

  • If you leave the box unchecked, the safety profile stays optional.
  • If you already collect allergies through a class survey, you can switch to the safety profile and keep surveys for other things, like T-shirt size or experience level.
  • The roster export can contain confidential health information, so handle it carefully.
