Paypal Error Code: 'This transaction cannot be processed.' - Thu - Aug 29, 2013 - 5:37pm

If as a Paypal Payments Pro user you receive the error message, 'This transaction cannot be processed.' it could be anything from an IP address not being submitted with the transaction to the card being from out of the country or even the ambiguous error 'This is a Paypal internal error.'
Unfortunately, this catch-all error message doesn't provide ThunderTix much information and can indicate up to thirty possible Paypal errors. Please contact Paypal with your specific error to learn the reason for the decline.
