To apply a coupon by ticket type, follow the steps below:
- Head to: Revenue Builders > Coupons
- Click Create Coupon
- Under Select valid events and performances, go to your desired event and click the plus icon next to performances
- Click the plus icon next to Ticket Types under a performance of your desired event
- Select the ticket type you want the coupon to apply to
- Click on “Apply to all performance tickets with same name”
- Finish the other required information to create the coupon
- Click Create Coupon
If the coupon already exists:- From your Coupons page, click Edit on the desired coupon
- Under Select valid events and performances, go to your desired event and click the plus icon next to performances
- Click the plus icon next to Ticket Types under a performance of your desired event.
- Select the ticket type you want the coupon to apply to
- Click on “Apply to all performance tickets with same name”
- Finish the other required information to create the coupon

These steps will create a coupon that applies to your selected ticket type for any performances for that event. To confirm the coupon was applied to all performances in your event, you can go back to the Coupons tab, edit the coupon and check to see that the ticket type name is "checked" for all of the performances in your list.
