How do I connect my Braintree payment gateway with ThunderTix? - Mon - May 23, 2016 - 12:05pm

    To get the credentials from your Braintree account:
    1. Log in to your Braintree account using your Username and Password
    2. Once logged in you will need to retrieve your Merchant ID, Public Key, and Private Key
    3. Under the Account section, click on My User
    4. The information you need is under the API Keys, Tokenization Keys, Encryption Keys heading.

    ThunderTix Integration
    1. Log in as an admin of your account. Only admins can edit Gateway settings.
    2. Click the Cogs icon in the top menu, and click on Gateway.
    3. In the drop-down of available gateways, select Braintree.
    4. Paste Merchant ID, Public Key, and Private Key separately from your Braintree account into the corresponding fields at the bottom of the page
    5. Click Update to save.
