How can I set up my package to be available for sale before the individual events within the package? - Fri - Aug 4, 2023 - 7:58pm

  • In most cases, packages and season subscriptions need to be available for sale before the events are opened up for single ticket sales to the general public. As an example, you may have a package entitled  "23-24 Season Package" that includes 5 events. If you'd like the package to be available for purchase a month before any of the 5 events within the package are available for purchase, you'll want to do the following:

    1. Make sure your package is set to Public, and choose your "on sale" date.
    2. For each of the events within the package, set the "parent" event to Private and then set the individual date(s) of the event to Public. See the images below.

    When you want the single events to be available for individual purchase, change the event from Private back to Public. The individual performance dates & times were already public and thus do not need to be changed.  In order for a performance date to be included in your package, the performances must be Public. If the performance date/time is set to Private, it will not be included in the sale of the package.
