If you use ThunderTix to send mass emails to your customers, you'll need to ensure that you've upgraded to add Email branding to your account.
In order to ensure that mass emails actually reach the Inbox of your customers (without being marked as spam), all mass emails need to be sent from your own company domain name. More about this upgrade can be read here: Domain authentication for branded sending and improved deliverability
Sending Mass emails from the Patron Database:
If you would like to send out mass email to a specific group of customers, you will want to use the Patron Database.
To get started, please head to Patron Database on your left-hand menu > CRM & Mass Mail. From here, you can search for the specific group of patrons you'd like to email, using one of the tabs on the left-hand side. As an example, you might use the "By Genre/Classification" tab to choose the "Donor" and "Patron Perks" CUSTOMER CLASSIFICATIONS, as seen below. You'll then want to locate the "Send Mass Mail" button on the right side of the page: Screenshot 2025-09-23 151847.png47.45 KBCurating your Customer List for a Mass Email
This will open a new popup, in which you can choose from existing templates or create a new one. The first time you use this, you'll need to create a new one, so you'll want to click on the "+ Create New Email" button:
