Finding a lost flex pass coupon code from a customer - Wed - Jul 23, 2025 - 3:15pm

  • If a customer loses the email that included their flex pass voucher codes, any administrator with permission to view customers can view their discount codes.  Even better, you can not only can you view the codes, you can re-send the email to the customer for them to hang onto. 

    To find the Customer's Voucher Codes, do the following:
     
    1. Click the Patron Database >> Search & Mass Mail
    2. Enter the customer's last name
    3. Click Search Customers
    4. Click on their Customer ID to view the Customer Record
    5. Under Order History, you can see a column for Voucher codes
    6. If you want to re-send the original email with the codes, first click on the flex pass Order ID. 
    7. Then, under Email Functions, "Click to Resend Email Confirmation"

    To view a redemption report of issued flex pass coupons, do the following:

    1. Click the Events tab >> Package Manager
    2. Under the package name, click the Redemption Report icon
    3. From there, you can search by event to view all unredeemed or redeemed voucher codes
