To receive an email notification when someone signs up to volunteer, navigate to Account Settings > Email Notifications. Under 'Alerts' you should see one for When a volunteer signs up.

Simply enter in the email addresses for each person you'd like to receive the report. Below is an example of the email each person will receive:
