Can I have my volunteers arrive more than 24 hours before the performance? - Mon - Aug 18, 2025 - 5:06pm

  • You can absolutely have your volunteers arrive more than 24 hours before your performance time! Follow the steps below to achieve this.

    1. Head to Volunteer Manager > Volunteer Assignments to modify a role
    2. Click Manage for the event you'd like to update the arrival and depature time. 
    3. Click on the role you'd like to modify the arrival and departure time for. 
    4. Enter in how many hours you'd like the volunteer to arrive prior to the performance start time. In the example below we have it set to 24 hours before the performance.
    5. For the depature time, simply subtract how many hours you'd like your volunteer to be at the theatre. Again, in the above example, we subtracted two hours so the volunteer will depart two hours after their arrival time.
