UPDATE: As of June 2021, ThunderTix is no longer supporting the Orbital Chase Paymentech gateway.


Once your Orbital Chase Paymentech account has been finalized and created:
IMPORTANT: You need to have an Authorized Contact on your Chase account contact your Chase representative to request "Connection User Information". You need to tell the Chase representative that the Certified Solution ThunderTix uses for credit card processing is "Shopify". They will confirm that Shopify is registered as a Certified Solution and then they will apply the Shopify Submitter ID information to generate the Connection User Information. This is essentially an API Login and API Password which will be sent via email to the Authorized Contact email address. You will also need your Chase Merchant ID. There is no way to obtain the API credentials needed for ThunderTix without contacting Chase directly and following the above process.
ThunderTix Integration
1. Log in as an admin of your account. Only admins can edit Gateway settings.
2. Click the Cogs icon in the top menu, and click on Gateway.
3. In the drop-down of available gateways, select Orbital.
4. Choose the appropriate currency
5. Paste the API Login, API Password and Merchant ID
6. Click Add Gateway to save.
