Can I include a general admission section in my reserved seating chart? - Fri - Mar 18, 2022 - 11:01am

Do you have general admission seating(GA) or standing room in your venue, in addition to your reserved seating? Allow our seating chart team to build your general admission area into your seating chart. Customers will have the opportunity to purchase your general admission (GA) tickets directly from the labeled area. We achieve this by linking a separate semi-private GA event.
Once your chart is finalized, the discussion below will help guide you on linking the semi-private GA event you created to the GA section in your reserved seating chart event.
General admission sections can only be added to the newer style seating charts (SVG). If you have an older style seating chart, please reach out to support to get it upgraded as soon as possible. Here is a great discussion that explains the upgraded charts in more detail:
