Choosing the appropriate package type when bundling events for purchase - Mon - Jan 29, 2024 - 9:46am

ThunderTix offers several different types of packages. Selecting the appropriate package for your needs hinges on several factors. Let's first discuss the types of packages available for you:
- Fixed - These offer event performances on selected and specific dates. "Opening Night", "First Friday", and similar date options are generally used. These work well for reserved and general admission seating. (See How does a "Fixed" Package work?)
- Choose All - As the name implies, patrons may select any performance date for all events in the packages. Works best for general admission events and not reserved seating (as explained below). (See How does the "Choose All" package work?)
- Build Your Own - Customers select any combination of events such as "Any 5 of 7" where seven events are offered, and patrons choose only five of them according to their preferences. (See How does a "Build Your Own" Package work?)
- Flex Pass - Rather than selecting all events at the start of the season, flex passes allow customers to choose from upcoming performances any time before those performances occur. (See What is the difference between Packages and Flex Passes?)
