When patrons purchase punch card flex pass, they will receive a voucher code good for X punches. Those punches, or redemptions, can be used in any combination of events and/or performances.

There are two options for Punch Card Flex Pass packages: Pick All and Pick Any.

For a Pick All Flex Pass:
1. Head to Events >> Package Manager.
2. Click Create Package.
3. Under Selection Method, choose Pick All.
4. From Included Events, check the box next to each event name (not next to an individual performance) included in the package.
5. Under Ticket Delivery, choose Flex Pass.
6. Click Punch Card.
7. Enter the number of "punches" or redemptions that the coupon can be used across all performances.

For a Pick Any Flex Pass:
1. Head to Events >> Package Manager.
2. Click Create Package.
3. Under Selection Method, choose Pick Any.
4. Enter the number of events this pass will be good for, should there be a limit.
5. From Included Events, check the box next to each event name included in the package.
6. Under Ticket Delivery, choose Flex pass.
7. Punch Card will automatically be enabled, as will the number chosen in part 4.
8. Please note that should you go back into the Selection Method tab, either before or after clicking the "Finish" button, the system will have changed the selection to Pick All. Though this is counter-intuitive and different from what you initially chose, it will still function as expected.
