How do I create a Limited Use Flex Pass? - Wed - Aug 13, 2025 - 9:47am

When patrons purchase a Limited Use Flex pass, they will receive a code to use for a specific number of times (e.g., 6 redemptions for 10 possible events).  A customer can use their pass to attend any 6 of the 10 events, but they cannot exceed 6 redemptions total. Please see the instructions below for how to set up a Limited Use Flex Pass.

  1. Head to Events > Package Manager
  2. Click Create Package
  3. Under Selection Method, choose Pick All. 
  4. From Included Events, check the box next to each event name (not next to an individual performance) included in the package.
  5. Under Ticket Delivery, choose Flex pass.
  6. Toggle 'Limited Use'. 
  7. Select the total number of redemptions you'd like to include on your Flex Pass. For example, you may offer 10 shows in your Flex Pass but only want to allow 6 redemptions. 
  8. Limited Use will be enabled and customers will only be allowed to redeem their Flex Pass for the specific number of redemptions set.
